6. Training, safety, and medical readiness

Martial arts, combat sports, fitness training, and competition can involve physical risk. The app does not provide medical, emergency, or professional health advice.

7. Competition rules and decisions

District, state, and national level competitions may be governed by rules published by the organizer, academy, association, federation, venue, or applicable authority. Users must follow eligibility rules, category rules, weigh-in or verification requirements, schedule rules, referee instructions, and code of conduct requirements.

Referee decisions, organizer decisions, scoring records, and published results may be final unless a specific appeal or correction process is provided by the organizer.

8. Organizer and referee responsibilities

Organizers and referees must use the app honestly and only for authorized event purposes. They must avoid false records, unauthorized changes, unfair manipulation, misuse of player data, conflicts of interest, and disclosure of private information beyond what is needed for the event.

10. Photos, videos, certificates, and results

The app may allow authorized users to upload or publish event photos, videos, certificates, scores, rankings, and results. Users must upload only content they are allowed to use. Event results and certificates may remain part of historical records even if an account is later deactivated, subject to applicable law and correction rights.

11. Fees, refunds, and payments

If the app supports paid training, event registration, subscriptions, or other paid services, the applicable price, due date, cancellation process, and refund policy should be shown at the time of payment or by the relevant organizer. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
