4. Children and guardian consent
The app may be used for players under 18 years of age. A minor should use the app only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Where the app processes data of a minor, the parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate information and for reviewing training, event, and competition participation decisions.
The app is not intended for behavioral advertising to children. We do not knowingly sell personal data of children.
5. Sharing and role-based visibility
Data may be shared inside the app only as needed for the relevant function. For example, trainers may see training records for their players, organizers may see event registration details, and referees may see match assignments or scoring screens. Administrators may access data for support, moderation, safety, and compliance.
We may also share information with:
- Technology service providers used for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, storage, and security.

6. Public competition information
Some event information may be visible to other users or the public, such as player name, academy, category, match schedule, score, result, certificate status, ranking, or award. The app should avoid publishing unnecessary personal details such as private contact information, full identity documents, or guardian contact details.
7. Health, injury, and safety information
Training and competition workflows may include fitness, injury, or medical-readiness notes when submitted by users or administrators. This information should be used only for training, safety, eligibility, and event management. The app does not provide medical advice.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for training records, competition history, certificates, legal compliance, safety, dispute handling, audit records, and app operations. Users may request deletion, but some competition records, certificates, dispute records, payment references, or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as role-based access, authentication controls, data backup, access logging, and secure hosting practices. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their passwords, devices, and account access.
10. International processing
Some hosting, analytics, storage, or notification services may process data outside the user's city, state, or country. Where this happens, we aim to use service providers that provide appropriate safeguards and process data only for authorized app purposes.
11. User rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, grievance review, withdrawal of consent, or limitation of certain processing. Parents or guardians may make requests for minors where permitted. To make a request, contact the IIITIHAS team through the website contact form or the support channel provided inside the app.
12. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, avoid uploading unnecessary personal data, keep login details private, respect other users' privacy, and report incorrect records or suspected misuse promptly.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Material updates may be shown in the app or on this website. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
14. Contact
For privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests, or grievances, contact IIITIHAS through the website enquiry form or the official support channel provided in the app.
